Welcome to Team Indigo Coaching. By accessing or using our website, booking services, or participating in training sessions, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals of all ages. If you are under 18, parental or guardian consent is required to book or participate in training.

2. Services

We provide basketball training, VertiMax performance training, mentorship, and related coaching services. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue services at any time.

3. Booking & Payments

All bookings must be made through our website or approved scheduling platform.
Payments are due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
Deposits are non-refundable. Missed or canceled sessions will not be refunded. Clients must rebook with a new deposit.

4. Liability & Assumption of Risk

Participation in physical training involves inherent risks. By booking a session, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Team Indigo Coaching is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or health conditions that may occur during or after training. Athletes are encouraged to consult with a physician before beginning any program.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, logos, images, and training materials, are the property of Team Indigo Coaching and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without written consent.

6. Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of personal information as outlined in that policy.

7. Code of Conduct

We expect all athletes, parents, and participants to respect the training environment. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in suspension or termination of services without refund.
