Refund & Cancellation Policy

 

At Team Indigo Coaching, we value your time, commitment, and trust in our services and products. To maintain fairness and consistency for all athletes and customers, the following policy applies:

📅 Missed or Canceled Sessions
   •    If you miss your scheduled session or cancel, your deposit/payment will be forfeited.
   •    To continue training, a new booking and deposit are required.

 

🔄 Rescheduling
   •    Rescheduling may be available on a case-by-case basis if requested at least 24 hours in advance and subject to availability.
   •    Last-minute cancellations or no-shows cannot be rescheduled without a new booking.

 

🏥 Injuries & Health Concerns
   •    If an injury occurs, please notify us immediately. While refunds are not offered, we may work with you to adjust or modify future sessions to support your recovery.
   •    Athletes are responsible for consulting with a physician before participating in training sessions.

 

👕 Merchandise & Apparel (Socks and Other Products)
   •    All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on merchandise or apparel once an order has been placed.
   •    Exchanges may be offered for defective or damaged items only, if reported within 7 days of delivery.
   •    To request an exchange, please provide your order number and photos of the defect/damage.
   •    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or an error was made on our part.
   •    Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging to qualify for an exchange.

📌 Policy Acknowledgment

By booking a session or purchasing merchandise from Team Indigo Coaching, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
